Return Policy

SHIPPING

All items are shipped USPS. If your item is in stock, you can expect your item to go out within 2-5 business days. Shipping can take between 2-5 days depending on where you live.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Milwaukee Muscle and the customer will be notified by USPS when your delivery has arrived. Once confirmed, Milwaukee Muscle will no longer be responsible for items that were not received or gone missing.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, so if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, within 45 days from delivery date. Please email Nick@milwaukee-muscle.com with your name, order #, and reason for returning. You just have to cover the shipping and we’ll send you out a new item at no extra cost. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused, unworn and unwashed and in the same condition you received it. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. (Tracking information on returned items will be the responsibility of the customer.) We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt for a refund.(*These policies do not apply to the Adirondack Chairs, please see additional information provided for these items)

CLEARANCE AND SALE ITEMS

All sales are final unless damaged in shipping.
